Global Poverty Project university tour - at King's, at last!

KCL Diplomacy Society is proud to bring the Global Poverty Project  to King’s, in collaboration with KCL Think Tank Society, KCL MUN and KCL War Studies Society. This is a very special event and a great achievement for us all—therefore, we sincerely hope to have as many of you there on the day.

1.4 billion people on our planet live in extreme poverty. The Global Poverty Project's mission is to increase the number and effectiveness of people taking action to see an end to extreme poverty.

It is about some of the most important issues in international development today, and the event will be centred around the 1.4 Billion Reasons presentation by GPP's UK Manager - a simple yet ground-breaking presentation, that is travelling the world, inspiring and empowering audiences in its path.

This event is part of a University Tour by GPP UK, and we want to show other universities that King’s students really care about such issues. And especially those of you interested in international development, conflict, diplomacy and global governance will find it very interesting.

So please do come along on November 1st at Strand, room K4U.12, 6PM to see a presentation that will make you see some things in a different light afterwards.

Please register for this event directly on GPP’s website, HERE, and tell your friends about it too. We're looking to attract over 100 people to this.

It’s good for GPP, it’s good for King’s and it’s good for you!

See you on November 1st!
